Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about WBR — what it is, how it works, and how your data is handled.
General
What is WBR?
WBR stands for Weekly Business Review. It is a structured operating mechanism that helps leadership teams review key metrics, surface issues, and make faster decisions — every week.
Who is WBR for?
WBR is designed for leadership teams, department heads, and founders who want a consistent, data-driven cadence for reviewing business performance.
How It Works
How do I submit my metrics?
After signing up, you receive a personal link. Visit that link each week, copy your personalized prompt into Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Agent mode, and the AI agent collects and submits your metrics automatically.
How are reports generated?
Once you submit your metrics, WBR generates a structured review report that highlights trends, flags concerns, and summarizes your weekly performance.
How often should I submit?
Weekly. The value of WBR comes from consistency — regular submissions build a trend over time that makes each review more useful.
Data & Privacy
What data is collected?
At signup, WBR collects your name, email, company, and which platforms you use (e.g. LinkedIn, Substack, GitHub, Google Analytics). Each week, you gather your metrics using an AI agent — such as Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Agent mode — that reads your analytics pages and assembles a structured JSON snapshot. This snapshot includes content published, platform metrics, engagement activity, and optional git activity. WBR does not track your browsing behavior, install cookies, or collect data beyond what you explicitly submit.
How is my data stored?
Submissions are stored securely and associated with your personal token. Data is not shared with third parties.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Contact us and we will remove your submissions and account data.
Who can see my reports?
Only you and any administrators you have been assigned to. Reports are not public.
