Install the Claude Chrome extension
Get it from the Chrome Web Store. Skip this step if you already have it installed.

Log into your platforms in Chrome
Make sure you are logged into each platform you track before starting.

Open the Claude extension
Click the Claude icon in your Chrome toolbar (top-right). If you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece icon to find it.

Copy and paste the prompt
After signing up, copy your personalized prompt and paste it into the Chrome extension chat.

Wait for data collection
This can take 10+ minutes. Don't close your browser tabs while Claude is working.

Copy the JSON response
Select the full JSON block that Claude returns and copy it.

Paste and submit
Paste the JSON into your prompt page and click Submit.
